Casa C is divided into a ground-floor and an upper-floor apartment. Both units offer approximately 85 m² of living space with 3 rooms and thus 2 bedrooms. The ground-floor unit includes a spacious terrace and a garden section of approximately 70 m². The upper-floor unit features a large balcony and an additional spectacular terrace on the flat roof of the adjoining Casa B. Access is provided directly through the underground garage or the rear entrance. Each unit includes a private storage unit. Casa C shares a 50 m² communal pool with Casa B and Casa D, surrounded by garden and sunbathing areas.
