When selecting the raw materials and materials used, we placed particular emphasis on regionality. In the outdoor area, we took up local architecture with a mix of materials including local wood and stone and integrated it into timeless yet modern architecture. In doing so, we ensured a high standard of sustainability and energy efficiency, which is reflected in numerous construction measures.
We also made no compromises when it came to interior design and ensured maximum living comfort. The contracted companies mainly come from South Tyrol and are long-standing and proven partners.
THE BATHROOM DESIGN
High-quality materials, modern products and luxurious furnishings create a stylish ambiance. Timeless design and sophisticated details make the bathroom a place of relaxation and elegance.
The faucets use the Tails E series from HansGrohe. You decide on the final surface version of the puristic single-lever washbasin mixers. There are six surfaces to choose from here.
Italian ceramic design for upscale bathrooms, that is what the GSI brand stands for. The Pura series is used, which harmonizes perfectly with Hans Grohe's fittings.
Floor-level showers are not only an eye-catcher for every bathroom, they are of course also free of barriers and thresholds. For the drain channel, we opted for Schlüter brand products.
